Founder and Principal Francis Verling, established the practice in 2007. He gained his experience and understanding of business development through his various roles working in Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland. He has worked in Management Consulting, Economic Development and Manufacturing. He previously held senior management roles in Edinburgh Crystal and Scottish Enterprise Glasgow in Scotland, and in Waterford Crystal and Howmedica International in Ireland.
